Growing up in Ibiza, Joa has always been connected with movement.
After being an athlete for 10 years, he discovered yoga. He is sure the practice changed everything within him, from the way he eats, to the way he thinks as well as his environment. “I started to listen to my breath, to go deep into myself and to practice this wonderful collage of movements and poses”
He always encourage students to bring their awareness back into themselves by connecting the movement with the breath.
Joa’s classes vary between traditional yoga practices, challenging flows and athletic conditioning which helps to strengthen the body as well as creating flexibility. He focuses on alignment as he believes this is key for developing a safe and lasting practice.
