I teach a slow flow, Forrest influenced class underpinned by humour and compassion. I like the progressive nature of the Forrest format so mix up poses and sequences to keep my students inspired. For the uninitiated Forrest yoga is a system that helps us feel into the body and works particularly on the neck, shoulders and abdominals. I can cater for different levels of ability and experience and enjoy watching my students progress.
