Jessica Lee


Jessica mainly teaches vinyasa and yin flows. Classes are focused to leave you feeling a combination of refreshed, nourished and stronger both mentally and physically.  

Jessica blends her trainings in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin and Yoga Nidra into her classes.  

Jessica has experience teaching students through their pregnancy, postnatal with babies and a range of kids ages as well as adults of various levels both beginners and more practised.
