Izzy was originally drawn to yoga from a physical perspective, but saw immediate benefits in relation to her mental health and stress levels. Yoga helped her clear and calm her mind. The many physical benefits followed. Izzy works to encourage others to find this peace of mind, challenge themselves and build strength and flexibility both mentally and physically.
