Helena started practicing yoga when she first moved to London in 2014 as a way to find calm amidst the grind of city life. She quickly fell in love with how the practice made her feel stronger in both mind and body and wants to share that experience with others in her classes. Her focus is on integration of mind, body and breath with a strong emphasis on developing intuition and empowerment in practice.

Helena completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training in Ashtanga-Vinyasa with Yoga London and has since completed 100 hours in Mandala Vinyasa with The Yoga People. 

Her classes are inclusive, playful and dynamic.
