Hayley found yoga in her early 20s, and has been practicing regularly since 2010. She started out as a Bikram enthusiast, but quickly discovered the fluidity of vinyasa and the strength of ashtanga and power was more suited to her.
After developing her personal practice for around 7 years, Hayley travelled to India and completed her 200hr training in Rishikesh in mid 2016, where she learnt so much about teaching but also delved into meditation and yoga philosophy.
More recently she has completed a 50hr Yin Yoga training and also attends regular workshops to kepe her skills up to date. Having taught in Morocco, Spain, London and Edinburgh, her teaching style is a mix of vinyasa and ashtanga/power and she also teaches yin yoga, as she like the contrast between the yang in everyday life with the yin of the practice.
She believes that yoga is an incredibly healing and self-empowering practice, and loves teaching people of all levels so that everyone can learn how yoga can improve their lives.
