Hannah was introduced to yoga through studying spirituality.
The building of a mind body connection brought her to the mat each day. As a children’s gymnastics teacher she began applying yogic techniques to her coaching and saw the improvements in the children’s focus and technique. In her own life she noticed it’s positive impact off the mat too. After a steady practice she went to India to study and become a yoga teacher.
Hannah is trained as a mixed style teacher with a focus on Yin, Hatha, Vinyasa flow and Restoration and Alignment.
In Hannah’s class you can expect a playlist of ambient beats and acoustic tunes to a flow of movement that aligns the body and the breath to bring you out of your head and into your body.
