I have been teaching yoga for 3 years and have acquired 300 hours of training in many different facets of yoga such as Anatomy, Asana, Meditation and Philosophy. The main focus of my classes is to teach yoga holistically, incorporating a variety of the Ashtanga 8 limbs. Having practiced yoga for almost a decade, the most valuable thing I have learned is that yoga is not just a work out for the body – it is a practice for the mind. In my classes I combine asana, meditation, pranayama and philosophy to give each student space to grow in all aspects of their practice and come away feeling like they have expanded physically, mentally and energetically.
