From a young age physical exercise has always been an important part of my life.
I believe that yoga can enhance performance and compliment other sporting activities.
After studying sport and exercise science over ten years ago I took a break from
the sports industry and found myself in the creative world going to auditions and
working in many stressful industries from busy sales roles in the city to events and
hospitality. I I found Yoga to be my GO-TO therapy. Yoga helped me rebalance my
mind body and soul. I am trained in Ashtanga, I teach vinyasa flow, and Hatha
yoga. Having completed a Yoga for anxiety workshop. I am passionate to help
those who struggle through yoga. My style of teaching is upbeat and energetic but
relaxed and playful. We are all different and I love to bring that to the surface and
for people to embrace their uniqueness.
