Emily covers styles such as vinyasa, candlelit flow, slow flow, restorative and meditation. Coming from a professional dance background, she has a strong understanding of the body in motion. Her approach is creative and intuitive and has been influence by her teachings in non-dual tantra, embodiment and somatics. Emily’s aim is to empower and inspire, giving as much heart and knowledge as possible to help people along their own path and yoga journey.
