Yoga somewhat found me 8 years ago. I met a women (who looked in her 50’s but was in her 70’s). She led me into an empty studio in the local gym and told me we were going to balance on our heads for a quick laugh…. And I’ve been laughing with her at every tumble, every success, and every sweaty power flow since.
From then I’ve been a dedicated student, and finally got to take my YTT in India 2022 after Covid set plans back for 3 years.
My classes are creative, dynamic and accessible for all – there is no judgement, no expectations, it’s purely about being in the here and now.I teach vinyasa, ashtanga, power and gentle slow flows.
My style is playful, fun and follows the notion that nothing is that serious.
It’s about falling down and being willing to fall down one more time. Expect giggles, sweat and a juicy playlist.
Ultimately I aim to create a safe space students can relieve a little mind chattering in and truly feel alive in the moment.
