Elizabeth teaches Vinyasa (including core and power flows), Jivamukti, Yin, hot yoga and Pilates – her classes are focused on alignment and flowing sequences, building strength and increasing a functional range of motion.  She is passionate about sharing the wisdom of Yoga and Pilates and their incredible benefits (both physical and psychological).

With over 1800 hours of yoga, yoga therapy and Pilates teacher training completed she continues to broaden her horizons, fascinated by bridging the yogic philosophy with contemporary science of body and mind.
