I discovered yoga five years ago while living in Vancouver, Canada, falling in love with its healing powers for both body and mind.
When I moved to London, while living a hectic life working in the contemporary art world, I started a daily practice looking for peace through meditation and breath control. Experiencing incredible benefits, moving forward with strength, flexibility, physical health and a more relaxed state of mind, I started to bring it to every context of my everyday life. Since then, I decided to become a teacher to share my passion and its benefit with family and friends first and with my students now, helping them grow their own personal practice.
My classes are open to all levels, with emphasis on alignment, building strength, stamina and flexibility, grounding the student to final relaxation.
