Eithne discovered yoga in 2016 as a way to recover from injury, this has inspired her classes to be a form of “body prehab “ – you will always work on strengthening and finding control during your asanas. Moving through a flow that builds up to inversion play, class will be lighthearted and suitable for all levels.
