Deb’s love affair with yoga began over twenty years ago, the very first time she stepped onto a yoga mat. Since then, her yoga  practice has remained her constant companion throughout the ups and downs of life.  A trained psychotherapist and plant based chef & cooking teacher, her initial 200 hour yoga teacher training in ashtanga yoga with Ryan Spielman then led her on to follow her other yoga passions to train in restorative yoga with Anna Ashby, hot/Tapasya yoga with Kristen Campbell, Menopause Yoga with Petra Coveney Yin Yoga with Norman Blair and yoga for cancer with Vicky Fox. Additionally, she has completed intensive study and training in trauma informed yoga, embodiment & social impact  & also continues her yoga philosophy studies along with other frequent CPD in her areas of interest. 

Deb is known for her warm, inclusive, non judgemental teaching style with good humour and lightness thrown in to the mix. Expect mindful, creative breath led sequences with focus on the felt sense, the breath and the moment by moment journey rather than the outcome.
