Darvina was introduced to yoga 15 years ago, with a performance background. Having trained as a dancer, it was the sense of peace that a steady practise brought her that kept her returning to the yoga mat and subsequently training to become a yoga teacher.
In her classes, Darvina is passionate about maintaining a strong focus on self exploration, her aim is to provide a safe environment that helps students strengthen and better understand the mind, body and soul connection.
Expect a strong dynamic flow to a diverse modern playlist. Darvina likes to weave in yoga philosophy, breathing work and meditation into her classes. All levels are welcome.
