Having literally grown up in a family owned gym; health, fitness and well being have always been a way of life for Danielle. From a very young age she saw first hand how movement, breath and body awareness bring about a deeper sense of self and stress relief… and how it works. Danielle’s mother is 65 and still teaches over ten classes per week – a great inspiration.
Danielle has taught Pilates since the age of 18 and got serious about yoga after the sudden death of her father 8 years ago. Being on the mat was the only place things felt ok, where she was able to find the resilience to remind her self that everything would be alright in the end.
It became a passion to share this source of strength with others. Expect strong, creative flows with focus on alignment, influenced by nature and our interconnectedness with all living beings.
