Having always loved physical movement and being bare-footed, Connie knew that yoga was going to become a big part of her life when she first discovered it 6 years ago. Since then, Connie’s yoga journey – both as student and teacher – has helped her to access a state of empowered and unlimited being, which she shares in her classes with passion and kindness. Connie’s classes focus on the magical and often, life-changing, effect of synchronising breath with movement, allowing students to access their innate inner state of strength and calm.
