Chris started practicing yoga to de-stress from a stressful job in the city and for some much needed me time, he quickly became hooked on the spiritual and physical sides of yoga.
Chris creates fun, dynamic, strong yoga/meditation routines, not taking anything too serious and making sure that we smile our way through our practice and life. Chris enjoys passing on his knowledge onto the world, hopefully making everyone take some time out for their own body and mind
