Cherise Adams-Burnett

Cherise (she/her) is a SE based Yoga Student/Teacher and Musician. In 2015 she found Yoga helped to balance out the demands and fast pace of life as an Artist. After going on to do her 200hr YTT in Ashtanga and Rocket in 2019 and completed her 300hr Advanced YTT with Radical Darshan in February 2022, specialising in Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion within Yoga and Wellness. She later went on to study Rocket yoga with David Kyle, Darvina Plante, Helen Russell Clarke and Katerlina Rayburn. Cherise brings a passion to honour tradition while contributing towards a more inclusive and accessible UK Yoga community & industry.
