Celine’s class is alignment-focused; adjustments are given during the poses, with explanations of their benefits. The emphasis is on the physical sensations – learning how to be good to yourself. You will feel relaxed, refreshed and reinvigorated after the class.
Céline is a yoga teacher and graduate of YogaLondon (200 RYT Yoga Alliance) specialising in Vinyasa flow and Restorative Yoga.
She fell in love with yoga several years ago – it took her back to the feeling of freedom, lightness and flexibility that she had as a young ballerina. Céline knows through personal experience how powerful yoga can be in managing physical challenges.
My vision of yoga is based on its remarkable benefits for both the body and the mind. She is aware of how it helps those who practise it to stay healthy by learning how to discover and maintain good physical alignment, how to breathe better and how to move with mindfulness and awareness. These elements together give practitioners a peaceful and open mind.
Céline pays close attention to the particular anatomical considerations of each person she works with. She is conscious of the healing and calm that can be reached through regular, conscious practice, and loves helping others to experience the same thing.

Céline starts her class with a gentle warm-up and centring (Pranayama), followed by some dynamic standing and seated poses. She finishes the class with some relaxation and Savasana
