I see every yoga practice as a chance for transformation; a shift not only in the way we feel, but the way we see ourselves and the world we inhabit.
After practising for six years, I followed my nose to India, to delve deeper into yoga philosophy and complete Jivamukti training. Along the quest, I studied sound healing, yoga nidra and yin. These days, I’m a practising Trirantna Buddhist and you’ll often find me at the Brixton Buddhist centre, or on retreat.
In my classes, I teach how to use the body and breath to settle the mind, and to take that spaciousness into life off the mat afterwards. To practice compassion, and liberation from our own psychological ramblings. Expect a vibesy, intention-led sequence, nuggets of yogic & Buddhist wisdom and hands-on assists.
