Following many years of back and leg pain Ben discovered yoga at his local gym, and was blown away by the physical transformation and calm he began to notice. After practicing for some months, Ben knew he wanted to teach and to share this amazing power of yoga with others. Ben particularly enjoys practicing dynamic flows and exploring mantras and meditation. He will always try to create a warm and friendly environment, no matter what level, and hopefully help you to enjoy your practice with a lightness and a smile. ​
