Anya has been teaching yoga for nearly 4 years. She mainly teaches dynamic or power vinyasa, although has recently trained in Yin yoga with Sarah Powers.
Anya’s interests in yoga focuses on meditation and the philosophical side of yoga, as well as a strong physical approach with lots of alignment and anatomical cues.
She is inspired by various styles of yoga especially those that root deeply into the ethics of yoga and traditional texts.
Anya has experience teaching kids as well as adults of various levels both beginners and more practised.
