Yoga supports us in making peace with what is and in embracing the present moment. I teach yoga because I want to empower others to access the stability and healing that I was able to find through my yoga practice. Yoga has helped me to navigate through illness, bereavement and many of the challenges of modern life. Yoga has been a life changing gift in my life and by sharing the teachings I hope to give that gift to others. I believe that yoga is for everyone and that these ancient spiritual practices are a gateway to deeper self-knowledge and perhaps even to understanding the true meaning of life.

My intention is to offer a holistic, accessible and compassionate practice that is beyond the physical. I am trained in Vinyasa, Hatha and Restorative Yoga and I intuitively link my practices with the moon cycles, astrology and the chakras. I look forward to meeting you on the mat. Shanti.
