As an ex-dancer and now yoga teacher, Alyssa has always had a passion for movement. Having used yoga as part of her rehab following a knee reconstruction, yoga became a way of reconnecting to her physical and mental wellbeing. Alyssa wants to share this power of yoga with others, helping them to take on new challenges and feel amazing whilst doing it. She is passionate about making yoga accessible for all and encouraging students to feel empowered to move for how it feels not for how it looks.
Alyssa teaches a range of styles including Ashtanga, Rocket, Power, Vinyasa, Yin & Meditation having trained with The Yoga People and MoreYoga’s School of Svadhyaya. Always marrying movement that feels great to the breath and the mind to leave feeling calmer, stronger and empowered in body, mind and soul.
