After discovering the many benefits of yoga while completing her MA in London, Alexandra Kelly became determined to spread the joy of yoga practice to others. With a background in conflict resolution, non-violent communication and thai massage, Alexandra is committed to exploring and sharing the many holistic benefits of yoga. She believes that yoga has something to offer everyone, and leads accessible, inclusive, and fun classes for beginners and seasoned yogis alike. She holds space for students to explore themselves and their practice, while inviting them to love themselves a little bit more, and understand themselves a little bit more deeply. Expect a fun and playful class with physical assists and lots of positive self-affirmation.
