How did you get into yoga? What has your journey been?
I got into yoga to see what the philosophical and spiritual side had to offer me. i was interested to see if there was any thing else i could implement in my life to maintain contentment and be free from misery and fear.

Why sound healing? Tell us more about the benefits and the connection between yoga and sound vibrations?
Sound is healing when the frequency is right and the mind is quiet. sound can put the body and the mind into different states of awareness and works on an subsconscious or even supreme conscious level to bring about internal harmony. listening is a practice of yoga called Nada yoga. Listening with intent and comprehending the universal frequencies and vibrations as healing to the mind and body.
 
Tell us about your upcoming travels to India?
My travels plans to India are loose but my intention is clear. I want to learn more about the practices of Bhakti yoga (love and devotion). Ideally I would like to learn more about other teachers ways of experiencing and maintaining a state of yoga, a state of contentment.
 
April is Stress Awareness Month – what are your go to asanas or sequences for stress relief?
Sun salutations are a great go to for most stuff. If you can engage your mind on an intention and drop into your body or heart and breath the stress soon will dissipate and truth and perspective will shine back through.
 
If you were on a desert island, what 3 things would you need?
If I were on a desert island i would need food water and the faith to know I’m exactly where I’m meant to be. Then all will be well.
 
What is your favourite best vegetarian restaurant in London?
Oh wow. Good question. There are so many to choose from! Vegan Yes on Brick Lane is a top fave – their lasagna is amazing.
