1.1 On the one month rolling autopay the client must cancel the auto pay in writing via e-mail 7 days before the renewal date. Emails to be written to hello@moreyoga.co.uk and this is the only way to cancel your membership.

1.2 Subscription fees must be paid irrespective of whether or not the Member uses the Studio’s facilities.

1.3 Clients who no show to sessions will be charged £10 per session; late cancellations incur a charge of £6. Please make sure you cancel classes more than 3 hours before their start time. For the policy in detail please see: https://www.moreyoga.co.uk/self-sign-in/  If you had any issues signing in on the iPads, or had other difficulties that made you late cancel, or were absent for a reason we should know about please email noshows@moreyoga.co.uk as soon as you can.

1.4 Clients acknowledge and agree that they are being given preferential rates by MoreYoga on the one month rolling autopay contract and therefore it is fair and reasonable that MoreYoga charges them for any payments as listed in section 1.3 above.

1.5 Clients are able to find out the dates that the autopay renews by looking at the ‘my account’ section on their online account. Any further information needed with finding out the renewal dates can be obtained through emailing us at hello@moreyoga.co.uk

1.6 Sometimes payments will fail and we will contact you to clear your account. If the account payment for the month is not fixed within 7 days of the new month starting we will add a £25 fine to you account and suspend your account indefinitely until the payment is cleared, you will not be allowed to attend any of our classes until the account is cleared.

This is a very simple contract and an extremely good value – being one of the most affordable on the market. The contract stipulates that its a one month rolling contract with a 7 days cancellation notice – emails to confirm cancellations to hello@moreyoga.co.uk
