regular yoga practice
can be life changing.
This foundations course is a series of sessions designed for people who are completely new to yoga. In each 60 minute class Becky Crepsley-Fox breaks down a handful of foundational poses (asanas) which are then repeated and built upon until we move through a whole class. This process will build confidence and help to instil awareness of correct alignment. Repeat the classes as much as you need before moving on to get the asanas into the muscle memory.
Do one per week for a 6 week course, or do at own pace – entirely up to you! This is for you to feel more comfortable, confident and connected to your yoga practice.

About Becky Crepsley-Fox
Becky was born in Somerset and always dreamed of becoming a dancer. At age 18 she gained a place at Stella Mann professional dance school and trained for 3 years to become a professional dancer. Upon graduating, Becky started working front of house at a gym and attended her first yoga class. She started using yoga as a tool to increase her strength and flexibility for dancing but the more she practiced yoga the less she wanted to dance.
Becky soon took her first of four (so far) yoga teacher trainings and started teaching yoga right away. Alongside the yoga training, Becky also trained to become a personal trainer and a children’s yoga teacher.
Now Becky loves yoga for the physical and mental benefits, she has taken meditation courses and is a tantra practitioner. Becky now lives in north London with her partner and 3 cats, teaches 5 styles of yoga; Hatha, Vinyasa, Rocket, Ashtanga and Yin and teaches full time in yoga studios around North/East London.
Becky teaches on yoga teacher trainings, helping others to spread the joy of yoga and is also currently in training to become a psychotherapist as she believes a healthy body and mind makes a happy person.
