At MoreYoga we believe in the importance of holistic well-being and that taking care of your mental and emotional health is just as important as looking after your physical health. MoreMind is a dedicated space curated by our Head of Vibes, Holistic Well-being Coach & Yoga Teacher, Liz Joy Oakley and our resident Psychologist and Yoga teacher, Dr Stephanie Minchin, where our community can access information, help and support.

The MoreMind initiative is to promote positive mental health and well-being by opening up the discussion and to bring people together through events, talks, workshops, content and more. Our goal is to help support our community through our platforms online & offline and tackle the taboo that still exists around mental health together.
