Liz is a Head of Wellness at MoreYoga and co-founded MoreMind with Dr. Stephanie Minchin. Liz also works as a Holistic Wellbeing Coach, offering Yoga Therapy for Anxiety alongside teaching Yin, Hatha, Vinyasa and Meditation. Liz weaves elements of Mindfulness, Positive Psychology and Breathwork into her work as a Coach and Yoga Teacher and is passionate about de-stigmatising mental health & promoting a holistic approach to wellbeing.

Liz is Head of Wellness at MoreYoga and co-founded our MoreMind programme with psychologist, Dr. Stephanie Minchin. Liz also works as a Holistic Well-being Coach, Yoga & Meditation Teacher and Writer based in London specializing in Yoga Therapy for Anxiety & Stress. The MoreMind initiative is to promote positive mental health and well-being by opening up the discussion and bringing people together through events, talks, workshops, content and more. Our goal is to help support our community through our platforms online & offline and tackle the taboo that still exists around mental health. Liz teaches Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Meditation & Restorative Yoga, specialising in Yoga for Anxiety & Stress, weaving elements of Mindfulness, Positive Psychology and Talking Therapy into her holistic approach. Liz is an advocate for Mental Health Awareness and promoting accessable positive wellbeing free from stigma. After starting her career in the fast-paced world of fashion Liz came to Yoga after being diagnosed with Malignant Hypertension and Generalized Anxiety and left the Fashion Industry with the goal of helping others to lead healthier lives holistically. Liz spent a year volunteering at the Safe Childhoods Foundation in Bali, an NGO committed to combatting child trafficking, which she describes as a time of total transformation. Here she began to understand the true benefits of Yoga & positive psychology as therapeutic tools. She completed her Yoga Teacher Training in 2014 and has been teaching around the world since. Liz is passionate about helping people achieve healthier and happier lifestyles through her work, she loves bringing people together, encouraging authentic connection and strives to cultivate joy through every aspect of her work.
