Liz Joy Oakley
Liz is a Head of Wellness at MoreYoga and co-founded MoreMind with Dr. Stephanie Minchin. Liz also works as a Holistic Wellbeing Coach, offering Yoga Therapy for Anxiety alongside teaching Yin, Hatha, Vinyasa and Meditation. Liz weaves elements of Mindfulness, Positive Psychology and Breathwork into her work as a Coach and Yoga Teacher and is passionate about de-stigmatising mental health & promoting a holistic approach to wellbeing.
Dr. Stephanie Minchin
Dr Stephanie Minchin is a Clinical Psychologist and Yoga Teacher with complimentary advanced training in Yoga Therapy. Stephanie co-founded the MoreMind project with MoreYoga, alongside Liz Joy Oakley, integrating yoga and psychology for positive mental health, and has also authored several book chapters, articles and research papers.
Marta specialises in Kundalini Yoga for addictions and managing stress and anxiety. She is also qualified in a diversity of other yoga styles and healing modalities from the meditative Yin Yoga to the dynamic Arial, Hot Yoga and Hot Pilates. She is a Gong Player, Shamanic Reiki practitioner and studied with renowned international teachers like Dr Gabor Mate.
Noemi is a full-time Yoga teacher and Yoga therapist who first encountered Yoga in her first trip to India in 2004. Since then she has been devoted to the study and the practice of the different aspects of Yoga with renowned international teachers. Her teaching is influenced by the philosophy of Hatha Yoga and Krishnamacharya’s lineage of Ashtanga, Vinyasa Krama and the therapeutic approach of Viniyoga.
Charlie has worked as a Mental Health Coach and support worker in a variety of environments: corporate and business, charity and refugee support plus private 1:1’s. Charlie is also qualified in Elemental Yoga Therapy, breathwork, NLP and rewiring the anxious brain using the breath. Charlie works 1:1 to offer support for mental or physical imbalances through using a combination of yoga and talking therapy practices.
Natalie is trained in Yoga therapy for Anxiety, Mental Health Skills for Yoga CPD and has a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Psychology. She also teaches various styles of yoga including Breathwork, Yin, Mindfulness Meditation, Vinyasa Flow and Power Flow. Her mission is to inspire and empower others to slow down, tune into themselves and remember that everything we need is already within us.
Callista is a Yoga Therapist and has completed over 1000+ hours of training in Yoga Therapy, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yin, Rocket, Mandala Methodology, Ayurveda & Oxygen Advanced Training. Callista has a profound desire to inspire and empower people to take charge of their mental, physical and spiritual health through the medium of Yoga.
Leanne is a qualified facilitator in Mindfulness Meditation alongside Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Pre and Post Natal Yoga and Dynamic Body. She is passionate about the therapeutic benefits of yoga, meditation and breathwork and is furthering her knowledge by embarking on The Minded Institute 2021 Yoga Therapy course.
Monica is a Mindfulness & Leadership Coach, Sound Therapist, Yoga & Meditation Teacher. She combines different styles of yoga and somatic inspired movement (Vinyasa, Slow Flow, Yin, Restorative and Nidra) with sound therapy, coaching and energy healing in order to create deep transformative experiences. Monica is a serial entrepreneur & award-winning business owner, who has held executive positions in multinational corporations around the world.
Rose is a Yoga teacher and currently studying Yin and Somatic Trauma Therapy with Embodied Philosophy. She has an MA in Psychoanalysis and has completed her Reiki 1 training. She also offers Tarot readings & Astrology natal chart readings.
Kat is a brand communication and movement specialist, creating connections that resonate with outer and inner worlds. She elevates brand stories through the power of community connection across different marketing platforms by sharing messages at the heart of businesses fashion, lifestyle, health & wellness landscapes.
Stella teaches 1-2-1 yoga for Addiction & Anxiety alongside Asana, Pranayama and Family Yoga sessions. Yoga for Addiction sees all addictions as an anxiety disorder, seeing addiction through the lenses of trauma, abuse and shame. While Stella appreciates the strength that yoga asana brings internally and externally she is more interested in how the practice combats the duality that is perceived to exist in our society between mind and body and the profound benefits the practice has on the central nervous system.
