At MoreYoga we believe in a holistic approach to health. We all have physical health, just as we all have mental health. This workshop will run under our MoreMind program and we hope this experience will leave you feeling more open, more connected and less confined by any suffering you may feel in your mind, body and spirit.

Liz Joy Oakley is Head of Vibes at MoreYoga and specializes in teaching Yoga for Stress & Anxiety. Liz will open the workshop with a calming flow to restore class designed to still the mind, relax the body and lift the spirit. This style of yoga is suitable for all levels and will leave you feeling calm and centred before closing the practice with a guided mindfulness meditation to help you become completely present and ready to express your creativity.
Alice Carder (AKA @theselfevolutioncoach) supports women to stop playing small and step into their power, through Transformational Coaching and EFT. Alice will guide us through a powerful process to gain clarity on what we’d like to manifest, before creating our personalised vision boards – a piece of take-home inspiration!
