FREE Family Yoga

Happy Family Yoga Classes

Tuesdays & Thursdays 9am  |  Saturdays 9.30am
MoreYoga YouTube

These classes will provide the entire family a chance to connect together through this difficult time. We will work on some yoga poses and breathing techniques suitable for everyone in the family.

Aimed at parents and their children to enjoy together these shorter classes provide an opportunity to connect with your child through exploring shapes with the body through partner poses and games as well as some breathing and mindfulness techniques.

Enjoy this experience in a safe and nurturing environment  to help enhance the family dynamic!  Family yoga is a great tool to improve communication with one another and interact away from the screens!

These have been deliberately placed on alternate days but at the same time as Joe Wicks so your family can enjoy exercise and wellbeing everyday. Keep the balance with MoreYoga!

Why should children do yoga?

The facts about the benefits of children doing yoga speak for themselves.

  • After doing 10 weeks of classroom yoga, a recent study showed overall improvements in primary school aged children’s social interactions with classmates, attention span, academic performance, ability to deal with stress and anxiety as well as boosting their confidence, self-esteem and overall mood
  • 4 out of 5 primary aged children do not get the recommended physical exercise
