Sadly, we won’t be bringing bottle of Pinot into the studio, but we can promise that you’ll have an awesome time boogieing away. These classes are all about letting your hair down and stretching out in style. Music has always been hand in hand with traditional yoga practices, so it’s only natural to bring it up to date with a live DJ.
HIIT Hop Yoga (02.03.18, Lewisham studio): Let Claire Gabrielle Shaw guide you through this yoga and HIIT crossover to a backdrop of old school hip hop beats from our in house DJ, DREZ.
Rock The Chakra (09.03.18, Bermondsey studio): Let out your inner punk with Claire and DJ Halo with classic rock and metal hits. Eyeliner and big hair optional, but very much welcomed.
Soul Salutation (16.03.18, Brixton studio): DJ Jamnson will be providing the funky beats for Claire’s smooth soul class. Expect high vibes and smooth grooves as you work your way through a vinyasa flow.
