One of the best things that has come out of lockdown for us is to see the way it has strengthened our community. We want to bring our members together, bringing little pieces of joy, fun and enlightenment along the way in a our NEW Virtual Cafe!
We will be inviting our teachers and special guests to host sessions around certain themes as well as simple, pure fun! Talent Show, Karaoke, Pub Quiz, Comedy Night, Open Mic, Sex Chat, Book Club, Supper Club, Pet Club and much more!
HOW DO I TAKE PART?
Simply click on the buttons or links to the session you’d like to join and use the password (pw).
We would ask people to try and arrive a few minutes early to get settled and ready for the session.
You do not need to book in advance, just turn up.

Bhakti Self-Care Workshop for Stress & Anxiety with Liz Joy Oakley Donations to FYDFMH
7th October 6-7:30 PM
Join our Head of Wellness, Holistic Wellbeing Coach & Yoga Therapy for Anxiety teacher Liz Joy Oakley, for an evening dedicated to Self-Care. In this workshop Liz will guide you through a reflective practice based around self-compassion before we settle onto our mats to move through a series of Yin & Restorative poses to help relieve stress & tension. Liz will weave in elements of breathwork and mindfulness to help ease anxiety and help you to completely relax. We’ll close the evening with a Yoga Nidra Meditation to leave you feeling calm and restored.
